Since the restaurant was taken over by its new owners, almost everything has been transformed. The interior was designed by the architect behind the décor of Zalipianki and Nova, while the expanded platform now features two striking bulls painted by graduates of the Kraków Academy of Fine Arts. The concept was brought to life by a group of partners, including two chefs. Although it is their fourth restaurant, it is the first one to open in Kraków – their hometown. The name was inspired by an Argentine city in the Andes, the very place where the organic beef for their steaks and some of their wines is sourced.
